At The Evergreen Inn , an Agemark Senior Living community, you'll do more than administer medications. You'll build meaningful relationships, provide compassionate care, and help residents maintain their independence while making a positive impact every day. If you're caring, dependable, and passionate about serving others, we'd love to have you on our team. What You'll Do Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans. Accurately document medication administration and maintain electronic records. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team. Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Support a safe, welcoming, and positive community environment. What We're Looking For Current Medication Technician certification or qualifications required by Washington state. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to serve older adults. Basic computer skills for medication documentation. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
