Jefferson Memory Care is a Community Based Residential Care Facility that provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's and/or Dementia. We are seeking capable and dedicated Caregivers and Medication Aides, or as we call them, Resident Care Coordinator (3s) (RCC3), to join our wonderful team. Every other weekend rotation required for all employees. Medication Aides/RCC3s help coordinate residents with: medication administration personal hygiene dressing grooming nutrition toileting change of bed linens mobility incontinence care As a Medication Aide/RCC3 you will help coordinate care to assure quality in accordance with guidelines and regulations under the direction of Resident Health Coordinators. Background check is required. Must be 18+ years old. Vaccinations are encouraged but not required for employment. Weekend rotation is mandatory for this position.
