Job Description

Assessments:

Conducts functional behavior assessments and assists in gathering data on client behavior patterns.

Intervention Plans:

Helps design, modify, and execute behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's direction.

Direct Care:

Works face-to-face with clients—frequently children or adults with autism or developmental delays—to build functional skills.

Supervision:

Oversees and trains frontline staff like Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding their daily therapy practices.

Collaboration:

Trains parents, family members, and school staff on how to use positive reinforcement strategies.

Oversight:

Meets regularly with a supervising BCBA to review client progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure ethical compliance.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
