Pay:

$20.50 - $22.50/hour Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, ABA, Education, or related field required Experience working with students with behavioral and emotional disabilities Experience with PBIS/PBS or behavior intervention strategies Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required Bilingual Spanish/English preferred What You'll Do Train and support staff with behavior strategies and interventions Assist with FBAs, BIPs, and individualized behavior plans Support IEP teams with behavioral goals and recommendations Collect and analyze behavioral data Observe students and provide intervention feedback Help develop positive classroom behavior supports Collaborate with families, staff, and community resources Maintain documentation and confidentiality At Humanus, we are devoted to making a difference and improving the lives of others.
