Qualifications and Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional or teachers aide in a school setting is highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with students and staff Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs, including those with learning differences or behavioral challenges Ability to follow teacher direction while showing initiative and problem-solving skills Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:
