LPT/LVN/COTA
to join our mental health team. We are currently hiring for the 12-8:30pm shift. Must have LVN, LPT or COTA license to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions Lead in the development and implementation of treatment plans Lead Therapeutic Groups Monitor and document patient progress and behavior Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care Conduct group therapy sessions and facilitate therapeutic activities Assist with medication management and administration Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed Participate in discharge planning and coordination of aftercare services
Requirements:
Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, particularly children Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and its use in mental health treatment Familiarity with electronic medical record system Point Click Care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Understanding of behavioral health principles and interventions Lead therapeutic groups Note This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
