Associate Therapist — AMFT, ACSW or APCC Dawson Individual and Family Counseling, Inc. | Atascadero, CA We're looking for an associate therapist who wants to do meaningful clinical work in a busy, welcoming group practice—and who doesn't want to spend months trying to build a caseload alone. This is for an in office position. This is not a telehealth job. Dawson Counseling has served the community for 10 years and has built a strong local reputation. We have a consistent stream of referrals and an active, collaborative office where therapists care about their clients and support one another. We value good clinical judgment, reliability, open communication. Complete thorough clinical assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and compliance with EMR/EHR documentation standards. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams; provide crisis intervention as needed and coordinate care for individuals with co-occurring disorders. Ensure patient safety, ethical practice, and adherence to relevant licensing and clinical policies.
