  • Surrounding Areas Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate, dependable Behavior Technicians to support students in K-12 school settings throughout Los Angeles County.

Why You'll Love This Role $23-$28/hour (based on experience) Monday-Friday | School Day Hours School-based only — no evenings, weekends, or home cases Consistent placements with local school districts Weekly pay via direct deposit Supportive team and ongoing recruiter support Opportunities for professional growth and long-term assignments What You'll Be Doing Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students throughout the school day Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and support IEP goals Promote positive behaviors and help students remain engaged in learning Assist teachers and school staff in maintaining structured classroom environments Collect and document behavior data (training provided) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, school psychologists, and BCBAs You'll Be a
Great Fit If You:
Have experience working with children or adolescents (schools, ABA, childcare, tutoring, mentoring, SPED, etc.) Are comfortable working in K-12 school settings Remain patient, professional, and adaptable when challenges arise Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Are reliable and committed to supporting student success Hold a high school diploma or equivalent Can meet district onboarding and clearance requirements Have RBT certification (preferred but not required) Why Choose Amergis?
