Requirements / Qualifications
The District is seeking qualified individuals to join our Substitute Office Support Pool. Substitute Office Support employees provide temporary clerical, administrative, and school-community support at school sites and District offices during employee absences, leaves, periods of increased workload, and other short-term operational needs. Assignments are offered on an as-needed basis and may vary in duration depending on District needs. Substitute assignments may provide support within classifications such as: Administrative Assistant (I, II, III) Clerical Assistant (I, II) School/Community Relations Assistant Letter of Introduction Resume Requirements / Qualifications The District is seeking qualified individuals to join our Substitute Office Support Pool. Substitute Office Support employees provide temporary clerical, administrative, and school-community support at school sites and District offices during employee absences, leaves, periods of increased workload, and other short-term operational needs. Assignments are offered on an as-needed basis and may vary in duration depending on District needs. Substitute assignments may provide support within classifications such as: Administrative Assistant (I, II, III) Clerical Assistant (I, II) School/Community Relations Assistant Letter of Introduction Resume Comments and Other Information This recruitment is for a Districtwide Substitute Office Support Pool. Placement in the substitute pool does not constitute appointment to a regular position and does not guarantee a specific number of hours, days, or assignments. Substitutes may be contacted to provide coverage for employee absences, leaves of absence, temporary projects, training and transition needs, or other short-term operational needs. Assignments may range from individual days to longer temporary assignments depending on District needs and employee availability. Individuals selected for the substitute pool may be considered for assignments corresponding to Administrative Assistant I, II, or III; Clerical Assistant; School/Community Relations Assistant; or other comparable office-support functions based on their qualifications and experience.
