Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems to accurately identify mental health conditions. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage urgent situations effectively while ensuring client safety and well-being. Facilitate intake processes for new clients, including medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and detailed patient records management. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical research findings and best practices in behavioral health. Utilize telehealth experience to provide remote therapy sessions while maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality. Maintain accurate medical records and document progress notes using appropriate medical terminology and CPT coding for billing purposes. Requirements Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; licensure or certification as required by state law. Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, psychopharmacology support, grief counseling, and crisis management. Familiarity with
