Join Our Growing Team! MTR Child & Family Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as an Associate Behavioral Director . This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality ABA services, mentoring clinical staff, and supporting the growth of a collaborative, family-centered organization. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Demonstrated experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel is required). Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients. Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff. Review and monitor treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners. Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. Support quality assurance initiatives and clinical outcomes. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the strategic growth of the clinical department. $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
