Our mission is to provide compassionate, professional mental health care to those in need via in-person PHP and Virtual IOP. Job Summary We're hiring licensed and/or associate-level therapists for our growing program. This is an in-person leadership position. You would be responsible for working with the clinical director and auditing treatment plans and individual and group documentation. You will hold the other clinicians accountable and help with the clinical schedule and attendance. You will also lead group therapy and individual counseling sessions. The Ideal candidate possesses leadership skills and is organized, passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and live balanced lives. Responsibilities Coordinate with the clinical director, oversee clinical operations, and coordinate with the billers. Audit Documentation and ensure that clinical is compliant and operating efficiently Oversee the clinical schedule, clinician schedule, and attendance. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical director and team members Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or trauma-informed approaches Participate in weekly clinical meetings and case consultations Schedule In-person Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 4:30 pm Major holidays off Qualifications Licensed Therapist (Contract/or W2): Active license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or equivalent) 2+ years of clinical experience preferred Experience with in-person and telehealth platforms preferred Associate Therapist (Contract/or W2): Registered AMFT, ASW, or APCC with active status Supervision available Experience with in-person and telehealth platforms preferred Why Join Echo Ridge Wellness Be involved in the creation of a program and make something of your own Flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative environment Opportunities for growth and leadership Clinical supervision provided (for associates) How to Apply Please submit your résumé and a brief cover letter describing your experience and interest in being a Clinical manager/Clinical lead.
