EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

5+ years of experience as a production supervisor in manufacturing Strong knowledge of 5S safety principles and data-driven decision making Proven leadership in maintaining high standards and safety compliance Proficiency with production tracking software and MS Office High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred Seeking a firm but personable team leader

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
