Full Job Description Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour- Swing shift 3pm-11pm/ 4pm-12am Schedule is Wednesday-Sunday Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time RADT Swing Position to join our dynamic behavioral health team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with individuals of varying ages and needs, providing essential support and intervention to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes. As a RADT Swing, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, delivering compassionate care while managing behavioral challenges in a structured environment. Your proactive approach will help foster a nurturing atmosphere where clients can thrive and progress. Responsibilities Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and vital signs accurately in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct crisis intervention and manage behavioral crises using approved de-escalation techniques to ensure safety for clients and staff. Administer medications following prescribed protocols, maintaining precise medication administration records. Support clients with activities of daily living and provide patient care tailored to their unique needs. Collect data on client behaviors and responses to interventions to inform ongoing treatment strategies. Collaborate with team members during intake assessments, behavior management planning, and data collection efforts to optimize client outcomes. Requirements Prior experience working with adults and SUD treatment. Knowledge of crisis management, crisis intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Ability to perform vital signs measurement and understand medical terminology related to patient care and understand detox signs and symptoms. Experience with medical documentation, medical records management, and data collection methods. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
