Job Summary:
The Mental Health Worker (MHW) is an integral part of the treatment team. The MHW is actively involved in providing direct or indirect care and supervision of the clients. The MHW is responsible for the transportation of clients, through driving them in the CRTP vehicle to designated locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Attainment of at least 18 years of age. A criminal background clearance. A health screening with negative Tuberculin test results. High School Graduate or GED and have a minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving people with mental disabilities. Such experience must be in the direct provision of services to clients. Ability to work independently and show mature judgment. Meets qualifications for driving through the approved human resources process.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE
Valid California driver's license and a good driving record is required. Must be 21 years or older to drive. Current CPR Certification and current non-violent crisis certification preferred. Commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$23.00 per hour
