Associate Child & Family Therapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC) Part-Time 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity to Grow Position Summary This position begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into a larger caseload based on consistency, clinical excellence, and patient demand. Compensation is a competitive flat-rate per clinical session and is paid biweekly through our secure Tebra practice management system. This role includes clinical supervision while working toward independent licensure. Primary Responsibilities Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, parents, and families. Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Complete timely documentation within Tebra. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other professionals when appropriate. Maintain ethical and legal standards of practice. Communicate professionally with patients and the administrative team. Participate in regular supervision and consultation. Qualifications Current California AMFT, ASW, or APCC registration in good standing. Current professional liability insurance. Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline and experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, EMDR, Play Therapy, Family Systems, PCIT, and/or trauma-informed therapy preferred. Who Thrives Here Passionate about working with children and families.
