    • Amergis Educational Staffing is partnering with one of San Diego County's leading afterschool program providers to staff multiple school locations throughout the region. We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and student-centered professionals to join our team as
    • Inclusion Aides (Behavior Technicians).
    • This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support student growth, foster inclusion, and positively impact the educational experience of children who benefit from individualized assistance in an afterschool setting.
    • Position Overview
    • Inclusion Aide (Behavior Technician)
    • Key responsibilities include: + Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs.
    + Assist students in successfully participating in afterschool activities and enrichment programs. + Collaborate with site supervisors, educators, and program staff to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment. + Encourage positive behavior, social engagement, and student independence while maintaining a safe and structured setting.
    • Required Qualifications
    • Candidates must meet the following requirements: + Minimum of
    • 48 completed college units
    • + Current
    • in-person BLS Certification
    • or the ability to obtain certification prior to the start date
    • Preferred Qualifications
    • + Previous experience working with children in schools, afterschool programs, childcare centers, camps, tutoring programs, or related settings + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment + Dependable, professional, and committed to student success + Ability to maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment
    • Schedule & Hours
    • + Monday through Friday + Afterschool hours, typically
    • 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM
    • + Flexible schedules available based on site needs + Consistent weekly hours offered
