Amergis Healthcare Staffing About the Opportunity Our agency is partnering with one of San Diego's premier after-school program providers to support multiple school sites across the county. We're looking for energetic, reliable, and student-focused individuals to join their teams as Youth Leaders (Inclusion Aides) This opportunity is ideal for anyone passionate about education, youth development, or behavioral support, and eager to make an immediate impact in a meaningful, hands-on role. Positions Available - Youth Leader / Inclusion Aides Work with a group of 15-20 General Education students to help run activities such as sports, study sessions or other fun after school activities Additional Qualities Experience working with children (school, camp, tutoring, childcare, etc.) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting youth Schedule & Hours Monday-Friday, afterschool hours (typically 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM) Early Release days on Wed or Thurs start time 11:30am Flexible scheduling available depending on site needs Opportunities for consistent weekly hours The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
Minimum Requirements:
