Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range:
$20.00- 23.
Part-Time Start:
Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required Path toFull-Time:
Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability Additional Pay Incentives +$2/hour for weekend shifts +$5/hour for company-observed holidaysSchedule Needs:
Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:45am- 3:30pm

Your Role:
Making a Lasting Impact As a Behavior Interventionist , you'll do more than provide care you'll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive .Your key responsibilities include:
1:1 Client Support- Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more). Implement ABA Treatment Plans
- Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life. Provide Consistent Therapy
- Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress. Track Progress
- Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps. Foster Learning and Growth
- Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential. Collaborate as a Team
- Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. Maintain Professional Standards
- Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
