How it works:

You pay $1150/month in rent at the start of each month. In return, you're guaranteed a minimum of 7-10 hours of work per week at $25/hour — enough to make the rent affordable by month's end. This setup is designed for someone who wants a flexible, low-overhead lifestyle with a sense of purpose built in. About the home & host: Our host is quick witted and independent and was a technical writer until the age of 72 years old. She would love to get out of the house more regularly, go on drives, walks and share meals with someone who likes to chit-chat. She would love to explore more of Sonoma and discover restaurants nearby.
