Supervise, mentor, and inspire Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using data. Provide active parent training and continuous clinical support. Ensure ethical service delivery under BACB standards. Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. BCBA Certification preferred (Exam-eligible candidates highly encouraged!). Strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication, and leadership skills. :-
