Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional or similar support position in an educational setting Familiarity with supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral needs Strong communication, patience, and ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff Reliability and commitment to maintaining a supportive learning environment Ability to follow school protocols and individualized support plans

What You'll Do:

Provide dedicated 1:1 assistance to a student, focusing on social-emotional and behavioral development Support classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and positive behavior strategies Assist students both inside and outside the classroom, fostering engagement and participation Monitor student progress and communicate observations to educators and support staff Encourage positive interactions, model appropriate behaviors, and promote independence Help maintain a safe and respectful educational atmosphere

Assignment Details:

Contract dates: October 1st through November 30th, with possible extension

Schedule:
