Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional, especially in a school or classroom setting Familiarity with supporting students with social, emotional, or behavioral needs Ability to build rapport and provide individualized support Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Capable of working collaboratively with teachers and support staff Reliable and adaptable to evolving classroom needs

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 support onsite to a student in an educational environment Assist with daily classroom activities and facilitate social-emotional growth Implement individualized behavior plans as outlined by educational professionals Model appropriate social and behavioral strategies Document student progress and communicate regularly with teachers and involved staff Ensure a safe, positive, and respectful learning atmosphere
