Assignment dates are set from October 1 through November 30, with potential for extension, and youll work onsite following a family-friendly schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Key Qualifications:

Prior experience or strong interest working in a school setting as a paraprofessional Demonstrated ability or training in supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral needs Collaborative approach with teachers, therapists, and other support staff Flexibility and adaptability to meet each students unique support plan Positive communication and de-escalation skills Committed to confidentiality and ethical standards

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized assistance to one student throughout the school day Support the students educational, behavioral, and social goals in collaboration with educators Implement intervention strategies under the guidance of teachers and clinicians Track and document student progress and behavior per program guidelines Support classroom participation and independence while maintaining a safe and respectful environment Youll impact a students school experience every day within a supportive team environment.
