Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students and making a lasting difference by working alongside dedicated educators. Three contract paraprofessional roles are available for the 2026-2027 school year, beginning August 24th and concluding June 11th. These positions are full time, offering 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM. As a paraprofessional in this setting, you'll provide essential 1:1 or 2:1 assistance to children with complex disabilities, neurodevelopmental delays, and/or emotional and behavioral challenges. You'll contribute to a collaborative, compassionate environment that is committed to student growth and well-being. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Associate's degree or successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment is preferred (experienced candidates without these credentials are also encouraged to apply) Previous experience working with children with disabilities, neurodevelopmental delays, or behavioral/emotional needs is a plus Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit empathy Willingness to learn new strategies and participate in ongoing training
