Under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor, you'll carry a counseling caseload of mental health clients and support our ABA clients and their families in both our center and in the home. You'll provide therapeutic intervention, family support, and skills development, working alongside our ABA team to ensure an integrated approach to each client's care. Carries a caseload of approximately 6 clients, split between direct-care hours and case-management hours Delivers mental health counseling and case management to high-risk children and adolescents in center and home settings Supports ABA clients and families in center and home, coordinating closely with the clinical team What You'll Do Provide in-home and center-based individual and family therapy and case management under the supervision of a licensed clinician Provide evidence-based mental health treatment to children and their families Learn to formulate clinical documentation and treatment plans Collect and enter client data into the client database for reporting purposes Learn to assess clients' mental health needs and understand diagnosis and treatment planning Engage clients facing social-skill challenges and provide skills-development interventions Model effective interventions in the home and center, coaching parents and caregivers as they build the skills to apply those interventions on their own Identify needed resources and apply behavioral interventions and reinforcement designed to strengthen treatment goals for the child and family Cultivate relationships with community partners to support an integrated approach to treatment Conduct yourself professionally at all times, contribute positively to the team, and take ownership of tasks and assignments What We're Looking For Active Connecticut LPC Associate (provisional) license — required Master's degree in counseling or a related field Availability to work a second-shift schedule (11:30 AM-7:30 PM or 12:30 PM-8:30 PM) Comfort working across both center and in-home settings Reliable transportation Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective time-management and multitasking skills across multiple clients Client-focused, collaborative approach Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Gmail, etc.) How to Apply Ready to grow your clinical hours while making a real difference?
