Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to create comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for tracking client progress and outcomes. Mentor clients by sharing your personal recovery story and fostering hope through lived experience. Advocate for clients within the community, connecting them with resources and support services. Basic qualifications Recovery Support Services certificate or equivalent credential in your region. Strong understanding of crisis management strategies and behavioral health principles. Preferred qualifications Experience in mental health counseling or addiction counseling. Background in social work or related fields. Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques.
