Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a Behavior Specialist or in a similar role within schools Advanced knowledge and practical application of ABA principles Demonstrated ability to work with students exhibiting a range of behavioral challenges Experience with K-12 caseloads in an educational setting Self-sufficient and capable of operating without RBT or tech support Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with teachers and staff
