This opportunity involves working weekdays (MondayFriday) for 35 hours weekly, providing essential classroom assistance and programmatic support across kindergarten classrooms. Key Qualifications:

A valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit is required at the time of application (pending applications must include a screenshot from the DEEDS portal; candidates without documentation will not be considered). Willingness to complete $85 CBC fingerprinting, as part of the hiring process. Prior experience as a paraprofessional or working with children in educational settings preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff. Strong communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach. For registered behavior technicians (RBT): Supervisory support must be arranged outside of school hours; the district and agency will not provide supervision or RBT pay/recognition.
