Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and gather data to inform individualized behavioral interventions Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans for multiple students Work closely with teachers and support staff to train and model behavioral strategies Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school guidelines Attend IEP or team meetings to contribute behavioral expertise and support planning Provide crisis support and de-escalation as needed throughout the school day This assignment runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm, allowing you to establish a regular routine while making a real difference in students' lives.
