Job Overview The Behavior Coach/RBT plays a crucial role in supporting children with behavioral challenges, particularly those on the autism spectrum. This position involves working closely with individuals to implement individualized care plans, educate families, and collect research data to enhance therapeutic practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy, special education, and patient care. Duties Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide direct support to children, utilizing evidence-based behavioral strategies. Educate families and caregivers on effective techniques to reinforce positive behaviors at home. Collect and analyze research data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
