Behavioral Health Evening Shift Supervisor Dayspring Village - Nassau County / Hilliard, Florida Dayspring Village is a state licensed limited mental health assisted living community dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for residents living with mental illness. We are seeking an experienced Second Shift Supervisor to help lead and anchor our evening care team. This is a working supervisor position responsible for supporting staff, responding to resident needs, and ensuring high-quality care during the evening shift.

Schedule Second Shift:

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Compensation $21 per hour Key Responsibilities

• Provide shift leadership and supervision for direct care staff
• Serve as acting supervisor on behalf of the facility manager
• Respond to resident needs and behavioral health crises
• Provide guidance and coaching to staff on proper care procedures
• Ensure staff complete required documentation and progress notes
• Monitor completion of staff assignments and resident support plans
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and behavioral health standards
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents Qualifications
• Experience working in behavioral health or mental health residential care
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to respond to mental health crises and de-escalate situations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and residents
