Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), dedicated to delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols tailored to each client's care plan Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching and reinforcement strategies Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts to ensure compliance with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to promote consistency and understanding of therapeutic goals Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other disabilities Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation of therapy protocols Ability to collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately and efficiently Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Skilled in behavior management techniques and client communication strategies Home-based behavioral experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across environments Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development in behavioral health Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication directly impacts lives.
