Duties Conduct patient assessments to evaluate behavioral health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement behavioral therapy techniques in accordance with established protocols and best practices. Monitor and document patient progress through detailed medical records and documentation. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care. Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and recommend appropriate interventions. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy. Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health practices and interventions. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis. Requirements Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst is required. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques. Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and medical documentation. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
