Summary Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) position available at Applied Behavioral Learning Experiences in the US. Join our dynamic team to design personalized ABA programs, conduct assessments, and support individuals with developmental disabilities in home or clinic settings. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our mission of improving lives. Our leadership & administrative team handles scheduling, start dates, parent intake communication, cancellations & coverage calendars , and data systems—so you can focus on doing great clinical work. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior plans. Implement skill-acquisition programs tailored to each client. Collect, analyze, and graph data to monitor progress. Supervise and train behavior assistants and caregivers. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective treatment delivery. Maintain accurate medical and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA. Provide training and feedback to caregivers to promote consistency. Participate in team meetings to review client progress and adjust plans accordingly. Qualifications Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification. Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles. Excellent data collection and analysis skills. Compassionate approach towards clients and families. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
