In this vital role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and support the development of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities Assist in conducting behavioral developmental assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Implement ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's individualized treatment plan, ensuring fidelity to established procedures. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments. Support patient care by providing compassionate behavioral interventions that promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers to explain treatment goals, progress, and behavioral strategies in a clear, supportive manner. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records, documentation, and reports with accuracy. Participate in clinical supervision sessions, training workshops, and team meetings to enhance your skills and ensure best practices are followed. Qualifications Certification as a BCaBA or eligibility for certification with relevant experience in applied behavior analysis. Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and behavioral interventions. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management. Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or disabilities in clinical or educational settings. Ability to perform patient assessments and behavioral health evaluations accurately and compassionately. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family support, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
