Duties Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols tailored to each client's care plan Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting to promote independence Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching and reinforcement strategies Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts and team members to ensure consistency in care delivery Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers regarding progress, behavior management strategies, and home-based interventions Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Hands-on experience implementing ABA therapy protocols in clinical or home-based settings Knowledge of behavioral health principles, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards for healthcare providers Experience working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts and maintain ethical standards in all interactions Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or developmental delays in various settings enhances your ability to succeed in this role This position is ideal for compassionate professionals eager to apply their skills in behavioral health, special education, or related fields.
