Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and support to patients with PTSD and behavioral health conditions
• Assist in patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs and administering medication as directed
• Implement crisis management techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of patients
• Collect and record data on patient behaviors and responses to treatment interventions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support patients in developing coping strategies and skills through applied behavior analysis techniques

Skills:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in providing care for patients with PTSD and behavioral health conditions
• Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques and ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
• Excellent data collection and documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
