About the Role Goshen Therapeutic Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists (APC, LMSW, AMFT) to join our team and provide in-person counseling services within a trauma-responsive, community-based clinical environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting school age children and young adults (ages 5-20) in the Cartersville, GA area. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a safe, supportive space for youth.
Compensation Salary:
Competitive base salary ($45,000 - $50,000) , with eligibility for performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities . Flexible scheduling Sign-on bonus may be available Benefits Health Benefits

Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based individual, family, and trauma-informed therapy Develop and maintain treatment plans and assessments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and DFCS partners Maintain clinical documentation and billing compliance Attend and Participate in staff meetings and training This Role Is a Good Fit If You Are Actively accruing post-graduate supervised hours Interested in meaningful, trauma-responsive work without the administrative burden of private practice Motivated by community-based, in-person clinical work with children, adolescents, adults, and families Open to collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and community partners Goshen Valley Foundation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all EEOC regulations.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Provisional licensure in the state of Georgia (APC, LMSW, AMFT). Eligibility for approved supervision. Must submit a valid and official transcript showing proof of degree awarded. Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the like. Valid Driver's License with good driving record and proof of insurance meeting required 100/300/100 liability coverage, and be insurable by GVF's auto insurance carrier. Complete and pass a criminal background check, safety screenings, health exam and drug screen.
