Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient operation of the office working directly under the office manager.
Your duties will include:
Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Performing general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Assisting with order entry and inventory management Providing administrative support to various departments as needed Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as managing schedules and coordinating appointments
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic office procedures
  • Accurate data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Previous experience in an clinical office setting is beneficial
  • Experience working in a medical office is a plus
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
