Requirements:

1 year health aide or behavioral tech experience in mental health or corrections preferred AHA BLS Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs and have the strength to push and pull and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day patient care and unit activities in a psych setting under the direction of the care team Assist with patient safety, observation, and a therapeutic environment in accordance with facility guidelines Help with patient mobility and transport within the facility as needed Communicate patient needs and relevant observations to nursing and clinical staff promptly and professionally Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established protocols for documentation and workflow Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
