Case Management / CBRS / Skills Support Professional to join our growing team. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals. This role focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships, teaching daily living and coping skills, supporting community integration, and collaborating with licensed mental health clinicians to promote recovery and resiliency. Schedule Flexible scheduling Minimum availability of 2 days per week Must be available 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM on scheduled workdays Qualifications Current Psychosocial Rehabilitation Association (PRA) credential, or willingness to obtain within two years of hire Understanding of recovery- and resiliency-oriented rehabilitation principles Ability to pass a criminal background check No more than two driving violations within the past three years Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Current First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within three months of hire Education Bachelor's degree required in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or a closely related field Preferred Experience Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in a behavioral health, mental health, education, or human services setting Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team What We Offer Flexible work schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing supervision and professional development Opportunity to make a lasting impact in the community Assistance obtaining required certifications and credentials (when applicable) If you are passionate about helping others build independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
