Our agency offers a fun and rewarding environment and strive to create a supportive atmosphere that promotes growth and learning. The role of the Intervention Therapist is to provide in-home, center, and community-based ABA services to children with a Developmental Disabilities and/or problem behaviors ages 3-21. We serve clients in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Emmett, Caldwell, Etc.
Job duties include:
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress
- Remains in compliance with the IDAPPA guidelines . This is provided by Foundations for Independence.
- Participate in team meetings and assigned trainings.
- Ensure that the client is always in a safe environment
- Follows the policies and procedures of Foundations for Independence
- Follow RBT code of ethics
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma is required---Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Pass Background Check Wage:
- Starting wage will be based on experience with a range of $22.
