Overview Join our dynamic team as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, supporting children's growth, independence, and communication skills. Pay Range is $25-$30 per hour Client availability is: Monday through Friday 3-6pm & 5 hours on Saturday/Sunday. Total of 20 hours a week. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Collect and analyze data meticulously to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and toileting, fostering independence Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts and team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy sessions Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Use positive reinforcement strategies to motivate clients and encourage desired behaviors Support the overall well-being of clients by providing patient-centered care within a compassionate environment Experience Prior experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is highly preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and behavior management techniques Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing teaching strategies tailored to individual needs Strong data collection skills to track behavioral progress accurately Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting within a special education or behavioral health environment Passion for teaching and supporting children's growth through patient and engaging approaches Join us in creating a supportive space where children thrive!
