In this role, you will work closely with clients to assist in their recovery and promote social, emotional, and functional well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities and support their participation in rehabilitation programs Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients during therapy sessions and community activities Help facilitate group activities and skill-building exercises designed to improve social and functional skills Monitor and document clients' progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions Collaborate with mental health professionals to implement individualized care plans Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating client records
Skills and Qualifications:
