About the Role As an TA/BT Flex at Blue Bird Day , you will provide support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs . You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing individualized therapy and group therapy support Collecting data on programming Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
CompensationBenefits Competitive Hourly Rate:

Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm

Wheaton, IL Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent college credit (60 credits) required; Bachelor's degree preferred Completion of 40-hour training of ASD and behavioral related subjects/evidence-based techniques (must be completed prior to first day) Experience working with children or clients with special needs required Experience working with children with autism preferred Active BACB certification preferred Why Join Blue Bird Day?
