KMA/SRNA

to join our team full-time during day shifts in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and support to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being in a clinical setting. Responsibilities Monitor and observe patients closely to ensure their safety and comfort. Assist patients with daily activities as needed, including mobility and personal care. Document patient behavior, progress, and any incidents accurately and timely. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies. Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience as a KMA (Key Medical Assistant) or SRNA (Specialized Registered Nursing Assistant) preferred. Strong observational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
