Behavior Support Specialist Cultivate Behavioral Management Corp - 4.2 Lexington, KY Job Details Part-time $40 - $60 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Mental health and behavioral care Master's degree Full Job Description To provide Behavior Support services to families of children with severe emotional disturbances by engaging the child and family in weekly behavior skills training activates. Behavior Support will follow a strengths-based model that will help develop and build skills that will help the child and family. Behavior Support Specialist will be responsible for developing a Service Plan that is focused on the child and family needs. The plan will address all behaviors that have been identified by the family, child and any collateral information The Behavior Support team will also help assist the family in any Case Management activates that can be beneficial to the youth and family.
