As an RLT, you will assist licensed behavior analysts and therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting behavioral data, and supporting clients in their daily routines. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, feeding, and toileting to promote independence and comfort for clients Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring adherence to individualized care plans and ethical standards Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients during direct behavioral therapy sessions, applying behavior management techniques to encourage positive behaviors Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency in care and progress updates Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation Contribute to the development of care plans tailored for each client, emphasizing autism spectrum disorders support and neurodevelopmental needs Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders, is highly preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and experience implementing ABA therapy protocols is a strong asset Experience working in home-based behavioral settings or school environments enhances your ability to adapt therapy techniques across different contexts Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation practices is advantageous Demonstrated ability to perform behavioral data collection accurately and consistently in compliance with professional standards Understanding of special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and client communication skills are essential for success in this role Join us today to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve! Pay:
