About LIFE Living Independently Forever, Inc. (LIFE) is dedicated to empowering adults with autism and intellectual disabilities in their pursuit of a happy, healthy life. Our services are grounded in Positive Behavior Supports and person-centered values to promote independence, community inclusion, meaningful relationships, and lifelong well-being. Service Area Clinical services are provided throughout upper and middle Cape Cod, including Yarmouth, Barnstable, Mashpee, Sandwich, and Falmouth, with occasional travel to Plymouth.

Schedule Part-time position:

15-20 hours per week Availability during afternoon and evening hours required Primary service hours are typically 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Additional daytime hours available for assessments, meetings, training, and documentation Responsibilities The BCaBA will: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments. Analyze behavioral and quality-of-life data to identify support needs and treatment priorities. Develop, implement, and monitor Positive Behavior Support Plans and clinical guidance documents. Complete assessment reports, behavioral summaries, and other required clinical documentation. Provide individual (1:1 or small group) behavioral support services to adults receiving residential and shared living services. Train and coach direct support professionals on implementation of behavior plans, behavior support guidelines, and evidence-based interventions. Conduct treatment integrity and program implementation reviews. Collaborate with families, guardians, program directors, nurses, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members. Participate in team meetings, ISP meetings, and clinical case reviews. Assist in promoting agency-wide Positive Behavior Supports initiatives and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Current BCaBA certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.. Supervision & Professional Development The BCaBA will receive ongoing supervision, mentorship, and clinical support from LIFE's Clinical Director. BCaBAs will receive supervision consistent with BACB requirements and professional standards.
